Auf dem Grundstück wurden zwei 3-geschossige Wohnbauten für Eigentumswohnungen in Holzmischbauweise für 21 Wohneinheiten geplant. Die Häuser wurden im KfW 40-Standard geplant mit PV-Anlagen auf dem Dach und Solewärmepumpe, sowie mit Lüftungsanlagen mit Wärmerückgewinnung ausgestattet.
Die Gebäude werden als Holzbauten erstellt, nur der Treppenraum und die Bodenplatte sind konventionell in Beton geplant. Die Fassade ist in Teilen mit Holz verkleidet. Auf eine Unterkellerung wurde bewusst verzichtet. Nebenräume, wie Technikzentrale und Abstellräume wurden in die Außenanlage integriert und erhielten ein Gründach. Das Dach wurde als Gründach mit Photovoltaikflächen konzipiert.
Two three-storey residential buildings for owner-occupied flats were planned for the site, using a mixed timber construction method to build 21 residential units. The buildings were designed to meet the KfW 40 standard* and equipped with PV systems on the roof, ground source heat pumps and MVHR units. The buildings were constructed from timber, with only the stairwell and floor slab being conventionally designed in concrete. Parts of the facade were also clad in timber. A basement was deliberately omitted. Service spaces, such as the technical centre and storage rooms, were integrated into the outdoor area and given a green roof. The roof was designed as a green roof with photovoltaic panels.
